The compassionate friends, Cincinnati Chapter
A national mutual assistance, self-help organization offering friendship and understanding to bereaved parents, grandparents and adult siblings.

West Group:

HOPE: Helping overwhelmed parents endure

Loss of an adult child

MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving)

Fernside, Center for grieving children
A place of comfort and support for children and teens, ages 3-18, and their families who have had a death in the immediate family. Fernside offers a variety of support groups for children, parents and guardians:

S.T.A.R.S. Grief support for kids
A support group in Northern Kentucky for school-age children and their caregivers who have experienced the death of a loved one. Childcare is provided. The program meets September-May, on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, 6:30-8:00pm at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Crestview Hills, KY.

Making Today Count

Men’s breakfast club
A group for retired-age men who have experienced the death of a wife. A time for eating, talking, and grief work at their own pace. Guest speakers frequent the breakfast speaking on topics of interest such as ID Theft, Financial Planning, Medical Insurance, Sports and more. Sponsored by Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth.
